Jacinta Smedley Receives a Degree from University of the Sciences

Jacinta Ann Smedley of Carbondale, PA (18407) graduated from University of the Sciences. USciences recognized graduates during a ceremony on Wednesday, May 22, 2013, as part of the University's 192nd Commencement celebration in Philadelphia, Pa.

Smedley graduated cum laude with a doctor of pharmacy degree . She was a Phi Lambda Sigma secretary, Student Government Association senator for the class of 2013; and an American Pharmacists Association member. Her mother Jennifer Tomaine Smedley (1980) and brother Gary Michael Smedley (2011) also graduated from PCP and are pharmacists. She is the daughter of Gary and Jennifer Smedley.
