Jessica Kaminski Receives a Degree from University of the Sciences

Jessica Lynn Kaminski of Hockessin, DE (19707) graduated from University of the Sciences. USciences recognized graduates during a ceremony on Wednesday, May 22, 2013, as part of the University's 192nd Commencement celebration in Philadelphia, Pa.

Kaminski graduated summa cum laude with a doctor of pharmacy degree . She was a member of Rho Chi, Phi Lambda Sigma and Alpha Lambda Delta honor societies and an honors scholar. She was captain of the women’s cross-country team and a four time selection to the regional championships in Boston. Other honors included the 2009 Philadelphia Inquirer Academic All-Area for cross-country Team, Philadelphia College of Pharmacy 2009 Professional Service Award for Outstanding Leadership, three time member of the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference All-Academic team, and four time recipient of the Division II Athletic Directors Association Academic Achievement Award. In addition she was student ambassador for six years, a member of the American Pharmacists Association and attended the national meetings as a patient care coordinator. She received The Theodore I. Goldblum Memorial Prize, The McNeil Consumer Healthcare Award, The Merck Awards, and The Warren Rosemarin Commencement Award. She is the daughter of James and Lisa Kaminski.
