Sarah Hickman Receives a Degree from University of the Sciences

Sarah Hickman of Newark, DE (19713) graduated from University of the Sciences. USciences recognized graduates during a ceremony on Wednesday, May 22, 2013, as part of the University's 192nd Commencement celebration in Philadelphia, Pa.

Hickman graduated cum laude with a doctor of physical therapy degree . She was played four years of varsity volleyball and basketball and was a captain in both sports her senior year. She recorded over 2,000 assists and is currently second in the school history for all-time assists. In addition, she was a three-year member of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee, the Student Physical Therapy Association, and the Physical Therapy Club. She received The B. Morris and Edna S. Kratz Student Achievement Awards. She is the daughter of Richard and Kathy Hickman.
