Tuc To of Lancaster, PA (17601) graduated from University of the Sciences. USciences recognized graduates during a ceremony on Wednesday, May 22, 2013, as part of the University's 192nd Commencement celebration in Philadelphia, Pa.

To graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor of science in pharmacology and toxicology degree . He was a member of Alpha Chi and Alpha Lambda Delta honor societies and an honors scholar. He was in the honors program; treasurer, vice president, and president of the Pre-Medical Society, an Hispanic community clinic volunteer, and a Devil's Advocate student mentor. He will be attending allopathic medical school starting fall 2013. He received The Ortho/McNeil Pharmaceutical/Janssen Pharmaceutica Award. He is the son of Tung and Mai To.
